Returns & Exchanges
If the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing error, we have an exchange policy in place.
To be eligible for the exchange, the product has to be inspected by our specialists to determine if there is a defect. You have to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Additionally, the product must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, any products purchased can't be returned or refunded.
